Key Responsibilities for the Senior Finance Analyst

• Overhead analysis: Build and optimise overhead rate models to underpin pricing strategies, planning, and cost distribution.
• Planning & forecasting: Produce precise budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans to guide leadership choices.
• Business collaboration: Partner with department heads, delivering financial expertise and constructive challenge to boost outcomes.
• Process optimisation: Spot and implement improvements in workflows, reporting tools, and control frameworks.
• Strategic input: Support high-level projects with scenario analysis and advisory work for executives.
• Pricing assistance: Help shape competitive pricing for contracts, balancing profitability and market edge.
• Ad-hoc analysis: Tackle targeted financial reviews to address live business needs.

Essential Qualifications

• Finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) desirable.
• 3+ years in a comparable FP&A role, ideally in technology or SaaS environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Demonstrated success partnering across functions.
• Strong organisation, communication, and a self-starting approach to juggling priorities.
