Asset Management Specialist

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location- United Kingdom (Remote)

Contract (Inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, Asset Management, PPM/SPM, and GRC

Design workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform

Maintain and enhance CMDB and ensure data integrity

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and web services

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring optimal performance

Required Skills:

Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration

Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, Asset Management, PPM/SPM, and GRC modules

Proficiency in JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting) and good knowledge of Java

Experience with databases like Oracle and MySQL

Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API development

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
