- Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to deliver solutions
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies
- Manage technical risks and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Provide support for production environments with on-call support including weekends
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
- 8+ years of experience
- Hands on experience with microservices
- Experience with transformation from monolithic to microservices
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- Application profiling, debugging, and performance tuning
- Technical skills
- Must Have: C#, .Net 6 or later, REST, GraphQL, Docker, RabbitMq, Postgres, OpenTelemetry
- Good To have: MassTransit, MartenDB, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Frontend development
