Responsible for the day-to-day administration for clients, by effectively managing your own workload to meet the team and department SLAs and KPIs, ensuring that the client is at the heart of everything we do and seeking ways to improve client experience and outcomes.

What you will get to do:

  • Administration of a range of life and pension products
  • Processing administration tasks such as client detail changes, bank changes, cancellations, general enquiries, issuing policy documentation, quote work, agency maintenance tasks
  • Reviewing the work pipeline
  • Dealing with escalations / investigations
  • Actioning daily finance reports, investigation and applying money
  • Liaising with other departments such as Finance, Voice team and Actuarial
  • Adhoc project type work as and when required
  • Quality checking
  • Creating and maintaining procedure guides
  • Training and supporting colleagues on and offshore

What you will bring:

  • Proven industry experience within Life & Pensions
  • Understanding of CASS
  • PC literate and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills – ability to manage own workload
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
