Lead Commercial Counsel - Tech & IP
A market-leading digital consumer brand is seeking a Lead Counsel to head up its commercial legal function in London. This is a rare senior role within a high-growth, data-driven platform that dominates its category and invests heavily in technology, personalisation and innovation.

- A senior position within a lean, impactful and forward-thinking legal team

- Reporting line into the Director of Legal (GC)
- Ownership of all commercial and IP matters across the business

What we’re looking for:
- UK-qualified lawyer with 8+ years’ PQE
- Strong expertise in intellectual property (commercial IP)
- Expert commercial contracting experience (Tech, SaaS, Supply, Marketing, Advertising)
- A modern, tech-aware approach to legal operations
- Management experience desired
- Pragmatic, commercially minded problem-solver
- Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
