Skilled in using BIM technologies and CAD software to deliver coordinated, high-quality designs across multi-disciplinary projects.Key Responsibilities - Produce BIM models and CAD drawings for structured cabling, security, and AV systemsDevelop layouts, schematics, containment routes, and equipment locationsCoordinate designs with architectural, MEP, and ICT disciplinesMaintain drawing standards and support clash detectionUpdate designs through all project stages, including as-built documentationProficient in Revit, AutoCAD, or equivalent BIM/CAD toolsHigh attention to detail and strong coordination skillsSkills & Experience3-5+ years' experience in BIM-CAD design for ICT, security, and AV systemsStrong structured cabling design knowledge (copper and fibre)
