🚀 We’re Hiring: Data Analyst (Remote)

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing data team and help shape how decisions are made across the business. This role sits at the core of our analytics function, turning complex, large-scale data into trusted insights that drive product, growth, and strategy.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Integrate and model data from multiple sources into a central data lake
• Build scalable, well-documented data models, including facts, dimensions, and aggregations
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across pipelines and reports
• Develop business-focused data marts to support decision-making
• Design clear, user-friendly dashboards using tools like Tableau (Redash a plus)
• Deliver actionable insights that help stakeholders drive performance and growth
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
• Champion a data-driven culture and maintain a trusted source of truth

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
• Experience in payment-focused environments (fintech, payments, banking, or e-commerce)
• Strong understanding of data warehouse and data lake architectures
• Proven experience with data visualisation tools — Tableau required
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Confident communicator with strong written and spoken English

⭐ Bonus Points

• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or other DAG-based frameworks
• Exposure to predictive analytics or statistical modelling
• Experience with low-code data tools (e.g. Rivery)
• Hands-on experience with Redash
• Passion for gaming
