• You will design and implement resilient, always-on services optimised for ultra-low latency and reliability, targeting sub-millisecond p99 performance benchmarks.
• Spearheading the development of robust CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, and state-of-the-art monitoring systems that set the benchmark for operational excellence.
• You will drive technical strategy, select best-in-class tooling, and define architectural standards demanding global scalability.
• You will help cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring peers and shaping the technical trajectory of the organisation.

Who We're Looking For:

• We are seeking engineers with a first-class STEM degree from a world-renowned institution.
• You bring 3+ years’ experience building and operating real-time systems at HFT firms, exchanges, or blue-chip technology companies.
• Deep expertise in high-performance languages such as Rust, C, or C++ .
• You value meticulous testing, robust observability, and elegant system degradation under pressure.
• You make decisive, high-impact choices grounded in technical rigour and sound judgement.
• Experience in financial technology, ultra-fast systems, cloud-native tooling, or automated infrastructure provisioning is advantageous.
