Workday Finance Systems Manager

Our Client, A World renowned Media brand, is looking to hire a Qualified ACCA/CIMA Finance Systems Manager to help support the business in this sustained period of growth. Duties would include:-

  • Manage and maintain Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning in a well-controlled and documented system environment
  • Lead the Finance Systems team, motivating team members and encouraging them to learn and develop through their work
  • Provide technical assistance for core financial processes
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key members of the Finance team and other global stakeholders
  • Hold regular meetings with key stakeholders
  • Stay on top of Workday updates
  • Advise on system enhancements when appropriate for both Finance and the Business
  • Run pilots for new functionality/system changes utilizing Finance team members for key roles in the pilots
  • Optimise processes to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Roll out ways of working which facilitate user self service
  • Ensure system changes are communicated to users in a timely manner
  • Develop a training strategy for users
  • Oversee relationships with third-party providers involved in Workday support
