Apprentice Software Developer for long established software developing company
Role
You'll typically be working on several complex tasks at a time and receive accredited and in-house training so we can put your software development interests to good use.
On a day to day basis you will learn how to:
- develop web applications
- manage support requests
- carry out bug tracing & fixing
- monitor scheduled processes with full training and support
- get protected time to undertake your apprenticeship studies
You'll also get support from our team which has doubled in the last 12 months including from your line manager and qualified developers who started their career journey with us as an apprentice. Working and learning will always be safe and respected.
Training
Successful completion of the apprenticeship will lead to the achievement of the Software Development Technician Apprenticeship level 3. Our expert training company Estio will deliver the sessions remotely and you will be assigned a dedicated tutor.
Working and learning will always be safe and supported by our team which has doubled in the last 12 months.
Functional Skills English and Maths if required.

- Your working week will be Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5.30pm with one hour for lunch. We offer a flexi-time system. Regular 5 minute breaks are encouraged throughout the day and we have facilities for staff to make a drink and prepare food.
