What You'll Do
- Act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Gather, analyse, and document requirements for both traditional and AI use cases.
- Map workflows and produce clear technical documentation (BRDs, Functional Specs, User Stories).
- Evaluate systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Support change management and adoption strategies for AI solutions.
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, AI Engineers, and Vendors.
- Assist in defining test strategies, acceptance criteria, and defect triage.
- Conduct investment analysis using ROI, cost-benefit, and other appraisal techniques.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Business Analysis frameworks (BPM, RICE, MOSCOW).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Skilled in process modelling (Visio, Lucidchart) and producing structured documentation.
- Exposure to AI, automation, and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
- Professional Business Analysis qualification required; degree in a tech-related subject preferred.
