Accelerate your career as a Data & AI Recruitment Consultant (Contract)

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our London team (Bishopsgate – hybrid 4:1), specialising in the Data & AI contract market.

This is a unique opportunity to step into an established, revenue-generating desk with strong client relationships and active contractors already in place — giving you the platform to scale quickly and build real market authority.

Operating in a 360 capacity, you will take ownership of both client development and candidate engagement, driving revenue and building long-term, consultative partnerships across a high-value market.

You will:

• Manage and grow an existing contract desk with active revenue streams
• Build and develop client relationships within London’s Data & AI ecosystem
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment, from business development through to placement
• Partner with clients to provide market insight, not just candidates
• Develop a strong network of specialist contractors within Data, AI and Cloud

Base salary: £35,000–£50,000 + uncapped commission

• Uncapped commission (no threshold)
• Performance bonuses and incentives

The base salary range reflects fixed compensation for this role. In addition, this position offers variable commission based on performance against defined targets.
