Sumus is an AI-powered sustainability platform building the future of conscious shopping. We are launching SENSE, a real-time barcode scanning tool that instantly scores product health, sustainability, and availability near you. Imagine “Yuka meets Google Maps” — now live with our MVP this November.

As we prepare for launch, we’re seeking a smart, hands-on Junior Marketing Manager to help execute our Phase 0 GTM strategy, working closely with the Founder and guided by our Senior CMO Advisor. You’ll be the day-to-day engine helping drive launches, content, community, and campaign tracking — across TikTok, IG, creators, campus ambassadors, PR, and more.

🎯 YOUR ROLE

You’ll support and execute across core GTM workstreams:

✅ Content & Social Execution

• Post and schedule daily content across TikTok and Instagram (starting Nov 7)

• Reformat raw content into engaging posts (reels, carousels, captions)

• Manage content calendar, hooks, and winners from A/B tests

• Track micro-boosted posts and recommend optimizations

• UGC coordination (upload, cut, tag in Notion)

✅ Campus / Scan Missions Ops

• Coordinate street/campus activations (posters, ambassadors, feedback)

• Track metrics: scans, installs, UPCs, referral rates

• Organize reporting and pictures/video footage from missions

✅ Creator Seeding & CRM

• Reach out to pre-selected nano/micro influencers

• Log responses, deliver briefs, collect content, chase repost rights

• Maintain creator CRM in Notion

• Support with basic seeding comms and tracking

✅ PR Support

• Help maintain press kits, lists, and mini-insights

• Follow up with journalists and micro-podcasts

• Draft first-line outreach for creator/campus/testimonials

✅ Tracking & Reporting

• Support UTM tracking hygiene (naming, short links, tagging)

• Help update the performance dashboard weekly (Looker Studio / Notion)

• Assist with KPI recaps for founder and investor decks

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves:

• Solid understanding of early-stage startups, social growth, and scrappy GTM

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, content posting tools, and creator coordination

• Organised, execution-first mindset — can hit deadlines without hand-holding

• Interest in health, beauty, wellness, or sustainability

• Comfortable with Notion, Canva, Google Sheets, Slack

• Based in the UK (London preferred for optional IRL missions)

Bonus:

• Experience with performance tracking tools (GA4, Firebase, Looker, etc.)

• Worked on a product launch or mobile app in the past

• Content creation experience (editing, basic reels, captions)

• Strong copywriting and meme fluency

📆 CONTRACT TERMS

• Part-Time (Retainer): Up to 20 hours/week, flexible hours

• Duration: Now – Feb 28, 2026, with option to go full-time from March 2026

• Compensation: Monthly fixed fee + share options based on performance

• Reporting to: Antonio (Founder), with support from CMO (Vishal) & Product team
