Mission

  • Drive SUNMI’s commercial growth across the UK & Ireland region, with primary focus on the UK and Ireland.
  • Develop and manage strategic key accounts including banks, payment partners and enterprise clients.
  • Execute SUNMI’s regional commercial strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and market expansion targets.
  • Strengthen SUNMI’s brand presence, products, and solutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the Europe team and internal stakeholders to support sustainable market development.

Role & Responsibilities:

Key Account Management

  • Own and develop end-to-end commercial relationships with key accounts, including banks, payment platforms, ISVs, and strategic partners.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans, generate pipeline, and secure long-term partnerships.

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK & Ireland, with strong focus on the payments and key accounts ecosystems.
  • Expand into new verticals such as banking, logistics, and hospitality.

Commercial Execution

  • Deliver against revenue and margin targets aligned with SUNMI’s regional objectives.
  • Drive forecast accuracy, manage deal structuring, pricing negotiations, and business reviews.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to identify risks, opportunities, and potential partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with European Sales, Marketing, Product, and Service teams to ensure customer success.
  • Coordinate with HQ on product requirements, certifications, and local market adaptations.
  • Contribute insights to support regional marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Customer Satisfaction & Support

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by coordinating internal resources across technical, support, and service functions.
  • Proactively manage escalations, operational issues, and project deployments.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and help customers maximize value from SUNMI solutions.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor and analyse market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity across the UK & Ireland.
  • Share actionable insights with the Europe team to refine strategy and product positioning.

Brand Representation

  • Represent SUNMI in customer engagements, industry events, and trade fairs across the region.
  • Promote SUNMI’s technology, innovation, and brand positioning in the market.
