Mission
- Drive SUNMI’s commercial growth across the UK & Ireland region, with primary focus on the UK and Ireland.
- Develop and manage strategic key accounts including banks, payment partners and enterprise clients.
- Execute SUNMI’s regional commercial strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and market expansion targets.
- Strengthen SUNMI’s brand presence, products, and solutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Europe team and internal stakeholders to support sustainable market development.
Role & Responsibilities:
Key Account Management
- Own and develop end-to-end commercial relationships with key accounts, including banks, payment platforms, ISVs, and strategic partners.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and execute strategic account plans, generate pipeline, and secure long-term partnerships.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK & Ireland, with strong focus on the payments and key accounts ecosystems.
- Expand into new verticals such as banking, logistics, and hospitality.
Commercial Execution
- Deliver against revenue and margin targets aligned with SUNMI’s regional objectives.
- Drive forecast accuracy, manage deal structuring, pricing negotiations, and business reviews.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify risks, opportunities, and potential partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with European Sales, Marketing, Product, and Service teams to ensure customer success.
- Coordinate with HQ on product requirements, certifications, and local market adaptations.
- Contribute insights to support regional marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Customer Satisfaction & Support
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by coordinating internal resources across technical, support, and service functions.
- Proactively manage escalations, operational issues, and project deployments.
- Build strong, long-term relationships and help customers maximize value from SUNMI solutions.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor and analyse market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity across the UK & Ireland.
- Share actionable insights with the Europe team to refine strategy and product positioning.
Brand Representation
- Represent SUNMI in customer engagements, industry events, and trade fairs across the region.
- Promote SUNMI’s technology, innovation, and brand positioning in the market.
