Salary: £27,000£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45k£60k in Year 1)

The Role:
This is a commercial, client-facing role where youll use your sales skills to connect growing tech businesses with highly sought-after talent. Youll be trained to manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through to placement, operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Building new client relationships through proactive business development
- Headhunting and engaging technology professionals
- Interviewing candidates and managing recruitment pipelines
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Working to clear targets with uncapped earning potential
What Were Looking For:
- 6+ months experience in a sales or target-driven environment
- Confident, persuasive communicator with commercial awareness
- Competitive, resilient, and motivated by financial success
- Highly organised and able to thrive under pressure
- Interest in technology is beneficial, not essential
