Entry Level Recruitment Consultant - January Start

Starting Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission

First-Year OTE: £40,000+

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Sourcing and engaging candidates within data, analytics, and tech
• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
• Managing roles from briefing through to placement
• Preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating offers
• Developing specialist market knowledge

This is a fast-paced, commercial role with strong earning potential and rapid progression for high performers.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
