What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and interviewing high-calibre tech candidates
• Writing job adverts and managing applications
• Building strong relationships with clients in the tech sector
• Managing the full recruitment process from first call to final offer
• Negotiating terms and closing successful placements

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate (degree preferred but not essential)
• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Driven, ambitious and motivated by achieving targets
• Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in technology or previous sales/customer-facing experience is a bonus

• £26,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £40k+ in year one)
