What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identifying and engaging top tech talent

• Writing strong, compelling job adverts

• Managing candidate applications and interviews

• Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates

• Running the recruitment process end-to-end

• Negotiating offers and earning commission on placements

We’re Looking For:

• Confident communicators

• Driven and target-oriented graduates (degree preferred but not essential)

• Resilient, proactive individuals with strong organisational skills

• Any interest in tech or prior sales/commercial experience is advantageous
