Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped commission

Earnings: £40,000+ in Year 1 | £70,000+ by Year 3

• Building strong relationships with clients in the technology sector
• Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates
• Managing interviews, offers and negotiations
• Writing job adverts and marketing opportunities
• Working towards sales targets and earning commission for every success

• Graduate with a 2:2 or above (any discipline)
• Competitive, driven and motivated by success
• Strong communicator and confident under pressure
• Resilient and goal-focused with a team-player mindset
• Experience in sport, sales or leadership roles is highly valued

• £25,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
• Realistic OTE £40,000+ in Year 1, £70,000+ in Year 3
