Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Networking and sourcing new candidates within the tech sector.
• Headhunting top talent for high-demand roles.
• Screening CVs and managing the interview process.
• Writing and publishing job adverts.
• Building strong client and candidate relationships.
• Managing offers and closing placements.
• Consistently hitting targets and earning commission.
