• Previous sales experience (phone or face-to-face preferred).
• Confident, energetic, and highly motivated.

Your Role

• Build new business through sales calls, meetings, and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing candidates, pitching opportunities, negotiating offers, and closing deals.
• Develop strong client and candidate relationships to generate repeat business.
• Consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
