Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Technology - London

The Role You’ll be trained to manage the recruitment process end to end, including:

• Identifying and engaging technology candidates

• Advertising roles and assessing CVs

• Developing relationships with clients and candidates

• Coordinating interviews and managing feedback

• Negotiating offers and securing placements

About You

• A recent graduate (degree desirable but not essential)

• Confident, professional communicator

• Motivated, competitive and target-driven

• Well organised with a strong work ethic

• An interest in technology or previous commercial experience is an advantage
