The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Source and engage high-quality technology candidates
• Review CVs and create targeted job adverts
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage
• Negotiate offers and successfully close placements

About You

• A recent graduate (degree preferred but not essential)
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, motivated, and target-driven
• Organised, proactive, and resilient
• An interest in technology or prior sales/customer-facing experience is advantageous
