Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Tech Sector - London

Your Role:

• Source and headhunt top tech talent
• Review CVs and write engaging job adverts
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process from first contact to job offer
• Negotiate and close placements, earning commission on every deal

Who We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduates (degree preferred but not essential)
• Confident, ambitious, and target-driven
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised, and resilient under pressure
• Interest in technology or prior sales experience is a bonus
