Location: London Salary: £25,000-£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £45k-£60k in Year 1)

The Role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive comprehensive training to become a market expert, building relationships with skilled tech professionals and innovative companies. You’ll manage the recruitment process end-to-end — sourcing talent, matching them to roles, and closing high-value placements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates across the tech sector

• Writing compelling job adverts and managing applications

• Screening CVs and interviewing candidates to assess skills and suitability

• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers

• Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process

• Hitting targets and earning commission on every placement
