Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Location: London? Starting Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission First-Year OTE: £40,000+

No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training is provided from day one, alongside clear progression and strong earning potential.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within the data and analytics space. This includes:

• Sourcing and engaging candidates across data, analytics, and tech markets

• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Managing roles from initial briefing through to placement

• Preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating offers

• Developing deep market knowledge to become a specialist consultant

This is a fast-paced, commercial role suited to individuals who are motivated by targets, progression, and financial reward.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ambitious and target-driven mindset

• Well organised with a proactive approach

• Degree preferred but not essential

• Sales or commercial experience advantageous

• Motivated by success and career progression

• Uncapped commission with realistic £100,000+ earnings by year three
