The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• Source, screen and interview top tech talent
• Write and post compelling job adverts
• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from first contact to job offer
• Negotiate and close deals, earning commission on every placement

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate (degree preferred but not essential)
• Confident communicator with excellent people skills
• Ambitious, competitive and motivated by success
• Well-organised, proactive and resilient under pressure
• Interest in technology or previous sales experience is a plus
