The Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to build and manage relationships with top-tier candidates and clients in a high-growth tech sector. You’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and closing deals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively sourcing candidates via networking, headhunting, and database searches
• Writing engaging job adverts and screening CVs
• Managing interview processes and providing support to candidates throughout
• Negotiating offers and managing successful placements
• Building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous work experience in any field (sales experience is a bonus)
• Driven, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in technology, Blockchain, or Crypto is a plus (but not essential)
