The Opportunity:

This is a full 360° recruitment role, offering hands-on experience in all aspects of the hiring process. From sourcing candidates to closing deals, you’ll play a key role in helping businesses find the right talent while building a successful career for yourself.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and approaching potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and internal databases
• Screening candidates over the phone to assess suitability for roles
• Writing and posting job adverts to attract high-quality applicants
• Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
• Coordinating interviews and managing the candidate experience
• Negotiating offers and managing the offer process through to acceptance
• Working to sales targets and earning commission based on your results

What They’re Looking For:

• A 2:2 degree or above (in any discipline)
• Ideally, some experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated by success, money, and progression
• Resilience, work ethic, and the ability to bounce back from setbacks
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A team player who’s eager to learn and contribute

• Competitive starting salary of £25,000
• Year 1 OTE: £35,000–£40,000
• Year 2 OTE: £40,000–£70,000
• Year 3 OTE: £70,000–£100,000+
