You will be responsible for developing and managing a network of clients and candidates within the technology sector, driving the recruitment process from sourcing top talent to closing placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a network of clients and candidates, creating long-lasting professional relationships.

• Drive the recruitment process from end to end, from sourcing top talent to closing placements.

• Be responsible for generating and managing your own sales pipeline, leveraging your sales skills to exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications:

• A recent graduate with a strong academic background.

• Demonstrated sales acumen with experience in a target-driven environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
