The recruitment consultant role is challenging, fast-paced and incredibly rewarding. The more effort you put in, the more success you’ll achieve. Key responsibilities include:

• Using sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract new clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Booking and attending client meetings across the UK.
• Writing job adverts, sourcing and screening candidates.
• Arranging and managing interviews.
• Negotiating and closing offers.
• Managing your own desk and earning commission from day one.

Adaptability and multitasking are key. No two days will be the same – you’ll need to stay organised and responsive as priorities shift.

• 1st Year OTE: £26,000 (basic salary) – £40,000
