The Role - Graduate Recruitment Consultant (GTM Market)As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll begin by focusing on candidate sourcing — learning how to identify, qualify, and manage top talent to meet your clients’ needs. Over time, you’ll progress into a 360° role, managing the full recruitment process: business development, client meetings, negotiations, and placements.
