Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Manchester

Salary: £24,000 base + uncapped commission

A specialist, high-growth tech recruitment business in Manchester is looking for driven Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding team.

As a Tech Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work across a specialist technology market, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing client relationships within the tech sector
• Sourcing, qualifying, and engaging high-quality technical candidates
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Growing your market knowledge and personal brand
• Working towards clear targets with uncapped earning potential

• Previous recruitment experience is ideal (tech recruitment is a bonus)
