Salary: £25,000–£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £45k–£60k Year 1)

The Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll use your sales expertise to build client relationships, source top tech talent, and close placements. Every day is fast-paced and target-driven, with real rewards for your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and build strong client relationships
• Source and approach high-calibre tech candidates
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage candidate offers
• Take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish
• Hit targets and earn uncapped commission

• 6+ months’ experience in a sales or target-driven role
• Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
