ICT Apprentice
Swizzels is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ICT Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification.
Role
- Using an IT ticketing / helpdesk system
- Using a project management system
- Building and installing PCs and laptops
- Installing and configuring software, including Microsoft Office
- Setting up and supporting PC hardware such as printers and scanners
- Assisting users with day-to-day IT problems
- Basic network installation and support
- 3D printing
- Access control systems
- CCTV systems
- Telephone / phone systems
- General IT troubleshooting and support
Training
Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs.
