Location : Cleckheaton (20 minutes from Leeds, UK) – 2 days remote work
Contract : Permanent (CDI equivalent)

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Functional CAD Specialist to support our customers and contribute to service excellence.
Responsibilities
As a Functional CAD Specialist, you will act as a key interface between customers, technical teams, and product teams.
Functional Support & Incident Management
- Analyse and qualify functional incidents
- Identify root causes and propose appropriate solutions
- Support users in resolving issues
- Escalate complex incidents when necessary
Customer Support & Configuration
- Assist users in configuring the START solution
- Translate business needs into functional configurations
- Advise on best practices
Training & Documentation
- Design and deliver training sessions (remote and on-site)
- Adapt training content to different user profiles
- Produce user guides and procedures
Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring issues
- Propose product and process improvements
- Contribute to service optimisation initiatives
Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a critical operational environment
- Experience with CAD or operational management systems is a plus
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of operational workflows
- Good knowledge of Windows environments
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Ability to analyse and resolve incidents
- Experience with system configuration
- Training and documentation skills
