Location : Cleckheaton (20 minutes from Leeds, UK) – 2 days remote work

Contract : Permanent (CDI equivalent)

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Functional CAD Specialist to support our customers and contribute to service excellence.

Responsibilities

As a Functional CAD Specialist, you will act as a key interface between customers, technical teams, and product teams.

Functional Support & Incident Management

  • Analyse and qualify functional incidents
  • Identify root causes and propose appropriate solutions
  • Support users in resolving issues
  • Escalate complex incidents when necessary

Customer Support & Configuration

  • Assist users in configuring the START solution
  • Translate business needs into functional configurations
  • Advise on best practices

Training & Documentation

  • Design and deliver training sessions (remote and on-site)
  • Adapt training content to different user profiles
  • Produce user guides and procedures

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify recurring issues
  • Propose product and process improvements
  • Contribute to service optimisation initiatives

Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a critical operational environment
  • Experience with CAD or operational management systems is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of operational workflows
  • Good knowledge of Windows environments
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to analyse and resolve incidents
  • Experience with system configuration
  • Training and documentation skills
