IT Support Apprentice

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking - Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will include developing knowledge of cloud based services such as Alexa and YouTube in order to test products,

Role

Duties: 

  • Develop an understanding of CCTV products including NVRs, DVRs, analogue & IP cameras, video transmitters, wireless and WIFI products
  • Provide technical support by phone, email, WhatsApp to customers in order to help them install and successfully deploy our products
  • Learn about the software products written in-house, test functionality and compatibility
  • Support production of documentation including, quick start guides, tip sheets and manuals.
  • Be involved in product testing at firmware level and the production of documentation
  • Develop a basic understanding of Windows based PC systems
  • Be involved with members of the R&D team, conceiving new products especially IOT products based upon the ESP32 or similar

Tools and technologies learned: Learners will learn to use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, AWS, Linux, PowerShell.

After finishing the apprenticeship, you will grow into the IT function at System Q.
