Engineering Director

We are working with a well-funded SaaS company who are growing quickly and building a best-in-class engineering function. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are looking to hire an Engineering Director to lead the technology organization, reporting directly to the founders.

Responsibilities

• Establish the right methodologies, tools, and approaches for the engineering organization
• Expand the engineering team in line with the company's growth strategy
• Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to make sure the development strategy fits well with the overall business and product strategy

Requirements

• You will be an experienced leader of engineering teams within the software industry
• Experience of working in entrepreneurial software start-ups is a plus
• You will have strong leadership abilities and enjoy guiding, mentoring and directing others
