An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a leading team in Birmingham. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of commercial work, advising both UK and international clients.

The Role:

• Draft, review and negotiate a range of contracts: supply, distribution, agency, IT (software/SaaS), outsourcing, logistics, and consumer.

• Advise on intellectual property (licensing, trademarks, non-contentious IP).

• Support with data protection and privacy compliance (UK GDPR).

• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, including bribery and modern slavery.

• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

About You:

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE.

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communicator, commercially minded, and client-focused.

• Able to manage multiple matters under pressure.
