As the Digital & CRM Support Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing the organisations CRM system and supporting wider digital systems.
You'll be a go-to expert for CRM management, data quality, and system optimisation, ensuring our staff and members enjoy a seamless digital experience. Alongside CRM work, you'll provide essential IT coordination and first-line technical support across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM, including administration behind user accounts, access levels, and permissions.
- Maintain accurate, standardised records; run duplicate checks and data cleansing tasks, ensuring excellent data quality.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards for management and departmental use.
- Assist with automation and process improvement.
- Produce short "how-to" guides and support staff with CRM and system use
- Support with system development, testing and implementing new features or integrations.
- Liaise with external IT support; resolve user issues (passwords, printers, M365, connectivity, etc.).
- Onboarding and setting up new staff accounts, devices, and permissions; maintain asset registers and hardware stock.
- Help with digital events, by providing on-site assistance with AV setup, screensharing, and webinar technology.
- Promote good digital security practices and support phishing awareness campaigns.
- Provide cover for the Team Leader during absences and support the wider team as needed.

You will have:
- Minimum 3 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
- Proven experience administering CRM systems
- Experience providing first-line IT support (Windows / Microsoft 365)
- Strong data accuracy and Excel skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
- A professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable; willing to occasionally work evenings/weekends for events
