Apprentice Human Resources Data Analyst

HR Data Validation and Maintenance. Main systems Workday / Workforce Autotime.
Maintaining up-to-date Headcount records, liaising with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to gather and update records to ensure up-to-date headcount numbers across multiple locations.

Role

  • Reporting handling and collation using Microsoft Suite (Excel / PowerPoint / Word Documents)
  • Assisting with time and attendance queries, system issues and training
  • Collaborating with the wider HR team and operations to resolve discrepancies in data
  • Working to maintain/upgrade documents in line with business changes
  • Participation in HR projects relating to data capture such as ad hoc events and activities
  • Supplying accurate data to the Communications Team in regard to headcount to facilitate targeted comms
