Governance and Compliance Senior Analyst
Job Description
This role is responsible for defining and implementing the governance, controls and reporting across IT. Working as part of the Governance and Compliance function to support and enable the VPs of IT, IT Directors and sub-functional teams to demonstrate the value of IT across the globe by:
Governance controls Responsibilities:
Design and shape reporting frameworks that reflect the full scope of IT contributions, including projects, services, roadmaps, plans, costs, and future investment opportunities.
Support governance assurance by reviewing data related to global IT costs, resource usage, and performance outcomes.
Gather, verify, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide clear and accurate insights for decision-making.
Assist in financial governance processes to help manage IT-related costs and workforce planning.
Contribute to performance reporting by offering a well-rounded view of IT operations and outcomes.
Prepare reporting materials using reliable IT performance data for sharing across IT and broader business teams.
Combine and assess data from financial, headcount, and performance sources to support transparency and accountability.
Develop and monitor performance indicators to help track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Review performance data to spot trends and concerns, and offer thoughtful insights and recommendations for action.
Collaborate with global IT teams to support consistent governance practices and process development.
