We’re hiring | Salesforce Developer – Product Engineering Team (ISV) in Winnersh (Reading area), UK | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

What you’ll be doing
\n
As a Salesforce Developer, you will:
\n
•\tWork with The
\n
Force.com
\n
platform, delivering customer and people management
\n
functionality
\n
•\tTranslate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions
\n
•\tContribute to technical design, architecture discussions and system thinking
\n
Collaborate closely with:
\n
•\tSalesforce Developers team
\n
•\tAngular frontend engineers
\n
•\tTesters, Product Managers and Architects
\n
•\tWork in a modern environment using Git, Jira, IntelliJ, CI/CD pipelines
\n
•\tTake part in Scrum / SAFe ceremonies, quarterly planning and product releases
\n
•\tContribute to a product roadmap that increasingly includes AI-driven capabilities
\n
Work hands-on with: Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Salesforce Lightning / Lightning Web Components (LWC) / VisualForce / APIs
\n
Important: this role requires real, hands-on development on Salesforce — it is not a configuration or admin position.
\n
What we’re looking for

Core skills
\n
•\tProven experience with object-oriented programming, e.g. Java or C#
\n
•\tExperience developing with Salesforce Lightning
\n
•\tHands-on delivery of solutions on the

Force.com
\n
platform
\n
•\tStrong proficiency in Apex, SOQL and JavaScript
\n
•\tAbility to manage and deliver complex business and technical requirements
\n
Nice to have

•\tExperience with Git, Jira and IntelliJ, and CI/CD practices

•\tExposure to Salesforce REST APIs
\n
•\tSalesforce Developer Certification
\n
