We are looking for a HubSpot Solutions Consultant who is experienced and passionate about Sales Hub and RevOps. You will not be a passenger on projects. You will be the architect designing and delivering the workflows, pipelines, and integrations that help our clients win. If you are a doer who loves solving complex logic puzzles and translating sales strategy into technical reality, you will fit right in.
What You Will Do- Architect Sales Engines: Co-lead HubSpot implementations and RevOps migrations with a heavy focus on Sales Hub Pro and Enterprise for mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Take Action: Move beyond consulting to execution. Build and configure advanced sequences, deal pipelines, custom objects, and automated lead routing.
- Be a Strategic Fixer: Serve as the technical lead on retainers, identify friction in a client's sales process, and build the HubSpot solution to remove it before they even ask.
- Visualise Solutions: Use tools like Miro to map out lead flows and Entity-Relationship Diagrams, making complex RevOps simple for stakeholders.
- Enable Teams: Deliver high-energy training and documentation that ensures sales reps actually use the tools you build.
- Stay Sharp: Keep Sales Lift at the bleeding edge by mastering new HubSpot features, Beta releases, and API capabilities as they drop.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience , ideally within a fast-paced agency environment.
- The Sales First Mindset: Deep expertise in Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise and a strong understanding of how sales teams actually operate.
- Technical Rigour: Advanced knowledge of custom properties, associations, calculated fields, and cross-object automation.
- Accountability: A proven track record of owning projects from kickoff to Go Live without needing your hand held.
- Communication: The ability to look a Sales Director in the eye and explain why a specific technical setup will help them hit their quota.
- UK-Based: This is a fully remote role, but you must be based in the United Kingdom.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a HubSpot Solutions Partner.
- Experience with Custom Objects and advanced CRM architecture.
- Current HubSpot Certifications in Sales Hub, Reporting, or Platform Consultancy.
- Experience with Sandler Training
