Enterprise Account Executive
Enterprise Account Executive — UK Cyber Security
£100,000 base | £260,000+ OTE, uncapped | Named enterprise pipeline from day one | Meaningful equity in an acquisitive growth story
You already know what this job involves. The question is whether the platform is worth your time.
You're not new to this. You've sold complex, multi-vendor cyber to CISOs and CIOs across the UK enterprise landscape. You've hit quota, broken quota, missed quota, and you've learned the difference between a real territory and a slide-deck territory. You know what makes the next move worth making and what makes it a lateral mistake.
This one is worth a conversation, for three reasons.
The patch is real. A named enterprise portfolio with active pipeline already in flight, not a cold-start territory dressed up as one. You inherit a developed account base. You walk in with deals to progress, not a blank CRM.
The equity is meaningful. A privately held, founder-led UK cyber business on a clear acquisitive growth trajectory, with no external investment and a credible path to a liquidity event in the medium term. Equity is offered to senior performers under the EMI scheme, structured to deliver substantial upside rather than nominal participation. The kind of equity story that's worth pricing properly when you're weighing this against a public-company offer with restricted stock.
The platform earns the conversation. Credentials that open the regulated and public sector doors most of your competitors can't get through, including NCSC, CREST and IASME accreditations. An existing client base spanning UK government, household-name brands and international corporates. Specialisms across defensive, offensive, GRC, OT and DevSecOps.
The package
£100,000 base. £260,000+ OTE with uncapped commission and accelerators. Ramped target across your first 12 months. High-value EMI share options that vest with performance and convert on a liquidity event. EV salary sacrifice. Private healthcare. Hybrid and remote across the UK.
This is a senior individual contributor seat — no team management, no people responsibilities. Your remit is the named accounts and your number.
Internal support is real. A dedicated SDR function feeding qualified meetings into your patch. Pre-sales engineering. An in-house SOC and consulting practice you can pull into customer conversations. Vendor and distribution partnerships with MDF you can actually deploy.
Who this is for
You'll be at home if you've consistently sold complex cyber solutions into UK enterprise, you have a credible network at CISO, CIO, CTO and Head of Security level, and you've operated across long, multi-stakeholder cycles. Public sector framework familiarity is a real advantage given where the pipeline sits.
If you're already doing this job somewhere else and the only question is whether the next platform is worth the move, this conversation is for you. Confidential throughout.
