£100K–£150K Base | 100% OTE | Uncapped Commission

We are partnering with an innovative AI technology company that is transforming how major brands create intelligent, personalised commerce experiences.

Our client is looking for a senior Enterprise Account Executive / Sales Director to drive strategic growth across major retail and ecommerce brands. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own complex enterprise sales cycles, build executive relationships, and play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy within a fast-growing business.

The Role

You will take ownership of enterprise sales from prospecting through to close, building relationships with senior stakeholders and identifying new revenue opportunities within strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing enterprise sales pipeline
  • Prospecting and engaging senior decision-makers at large organisations
  • Owning full sales cycles from discovery to close
  • Leading complex commercial negotiations
  • Building long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers
  • Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Contributing to GTM strategy and enterprise sales playbooks
  • What We’re Looking For

    • 10+ years enterprise B2B sales experience
    • Proven success selling complex technology solutions to enterprise organisations
    • Track record of achieving $1M+ annual quotas
    • Strong experience running multi-stakeholder, long-cycle enterprise deals
    • A proactive seller with strong prospecting and pipeline generation ability
    • Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills
  • Nice to have

    • Experience selling into Retail, Ecommerce, Hospitality, or AI / emerging technology platforms
