One of the UK's fastest-growing SaaS businesses — Deloitte Fast 50 ranked, Sunday Times Best Places to Work — is hiring an SDR Manager to lead one of two SDR teams, reporting directly into the CSO.
This isn't a maintenance role. The market problem is real, the ICP is clear, and your SDRs spend their time having genuine conversations rather than manufacturing interest from cold prospects. You'll co-lead the function alongside a peer SDR Manager — shared playbook, consistent standards, unified output — while owning your team's performance end to end.
What makes it different: Revenue Operations and Demand Operations sit alongside SDR management as active partners, not a ticket queue. AI and modern prospecting tooling are already embedded. Your job is to coach great people, drive the next 10%, and build the bench that feeds the AE team.
You'll bring:
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, 2+ years managing SDRs or BDRs in a high-growth environment
- A clean track record of hitting pipeline targets as both IC and manager
- Data fluency across HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, modern sequencing tools
- Player-coach energy — you'll get on the phones and show what good looks like
- High ownership, low ego
