Senior Product Manager

The Role:

Are you a hands-on product leader excited by building FX and multi-currency payment platforms from scratch? Do you want to take ownership of a proposition from 0–1 and work closely with engineering teams, commercial partners, and tier 1 banks?

My client are a fast-growing fintech scaleup powering embedded payments for businesses across Europe. We are launching a new FX proposition to support use cases from international payroll to corporate payments and supplier settlements, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end FX product lifecycle: MVP definition, roadmap, launch, and scaling
• Work hands-on with engineers to deliver APIs, features, and integrations
• Manage FX rates, pricing, and commercial relationships with Tier 1 banks
• Collaborate cross-functionally across product, tech, compliance, and commercial teams
• Track performance and optimise the FX proposition across multiple verticals

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years’ product experience in fintech, payments, or banking
• Proven experience in FX or multi-currency payments platforms
• Technical and hands-on – comfortable writing stories, managing sprints, and delivering features
• Experience integrating with Tier 1 banks or payment providers
• Analytical, strategic, and able to operate across both big-picture and delivery details
