Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation Business Analyst (Adult Social Care)

We're looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Business Analyst with strong implementation experience to support the rollout and optimisation of finance and procurement modules within our Adult Social Care Directorate.

Role Overview:

  • Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of D365 F&O finance and procurement modules
  • Gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into functional specs
  • Work with technical teams and suppliers to ensure successful configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Streamline finance and procurement processes to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Support data migration, UAT, training, and go-live activity
  • Provide insights on costs, contracts, and supplier performance using system outputs

Essential Experience required

  • Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 F&O (finance/procurement modules)
  • Strong understanding of finance, procurement, or commissioning workflows
  • Ability to translate business needs into system requirements
  • Confident working with stakeholders across finance, procurement, and operations
  • Public sector or Adult Social Care experience
